TOWNSEND -- Thirteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Townsend between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only six carried a sale price as of this writing, including a $670,000 sale on Adams Road that topped the month.

Stuart selling to Megan White and William Lacourse. Rounding out the top five, 93 Fitchburg Rd. sold for $227,500 on Oct. 9, with Amy Donn King selling to Ojas Properties LLC.
