Watertown October sales top out above $1.4 million on Mount Auburn Street

WATERTOWN -- Six properties changed hands with recorded sale prices in Watertown during October, ranging from $239,703 to $1,482,500, while five additional deeds recorded during the period were nominal-consideration transfers rather than market sales.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced sale was 134 Mount Auburn St., Unit 7, which sold for $1,482,500 on Oct. 2. Peter Wittenborg sold the unit to Michele R. Klau and Michael D. Klau.

220 Sycamore St., Unit 1, sold for $1,200,000 on Oct. 6. Anacleto Trust LLC sold the unit to Javon Tai and Laura Sandoval Tai.
