Six priced Medford sales range from $587,000 to $990,000 in September

MEDFORD -- Sixteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Medford between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only six carried a sale price in the registry's current data. Among those six, prices ranged from $587,000 to $990,000, with a median of $755,000.

The second-highest was 154 Summer St, Unit 154, at $820,000 on Sept. 21; the seller was Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association), and the buyers were Todd Silver and Tessa Cunningham. Third was 87 Winthrop St, Unit 87, at $795,000 on Sept. 24, sold by Herve H. and Monique Collin to Joseph Woll and Veronica Fletcher. Fourth was 525 Winthrop St at $715,000 on Sept. 25, sold by Methee Ruetaichetcharoen and Malinee Kanjanamakanon to Orivaldo and Denise Pires. Fifth was 31 Central Ave at $600,000 on Sept. 18, sold by Valerie MacNeill to Noel DiCarlo and Rodrigo Serrano.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Winthrop Street saw two sales in the period: 525 Winthrop St sold for $715,000, and a unit at 87 Winthrop St sold for $795,000, both in late September. No other street had more than one priced sale. By price tier among the six sales with recorded prices, one sale fell below $600,000 (30 Revere Beach Pkwy, Unit 114, at $587,000), two fell between $600,000 and $800,000 (31 Central Ave at $600,000 and 87 Winthrop St, Unit 87, at $795,000), and three fell above $800,000 (154 Summer St, Unit 154, at $820,000; 525 Winthrop St at $715,000, which also lands in the middle tier; and 28 Pitcher Ave, Unit 2, at $990,000).
