Sherborn Median Sale Price Hits $1.45 Million as Trust Transfers Multiply

SHERBORN -- Ten property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Sherborn between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with sale prices posted so far on five of them, ranging from $1,000 to $2.8 million.

The period's highest-priced sale was 75 Washington St., which sold for $2.8 million on Aug. 24. Sellers Xuan Dong and Xin Zhang transferred the property to buyers Julie A. DiPaolo and Gilbert DiPaolo. At 4 Green Lane, Adam S. Hirsch and Jamie Hirsch sold to Joshua C. Abrams and Royale L. Abrams for $1.64 million on Sept. 1. The home at 7 Goulding St. East sold for $1.45 million on Aug. 27; sellers Michael R. Balmer, trustee, and Lynne A. Davis, trustee, transferred the property to Patricia Williamson and Kevin Bielawski. At 11 Curve St., Nellie Binder and Konstantin Gorelik sold to Sherborn Realty LLC for $730,000 on Sept. 15.
