Median sale price holds near $533,000 as Ayer home sales continue through October

AYER -- Fourteen properties changed hands in Ayer between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with recorded sale prices ranging from $402,000 to $632,500 and a median of $533,000 among the 10 transactions with prices on file so far.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded 14 property transfers in the period, with sale prices available for 10 of them. Among those 10, prices ranged from $402,000 to $632,500, with a median of $533,000. The remaining four transfers, at 105 Central Ave, 16 Mulberry Cir, 25 Grove St and an unaddressed Januskiewicz family transfer, have no price on record yet, which is typical for deeds that have not fully processed through the registry. Ross. 126 Oak Ridge Dr sold for $560,000 on Oct. 2, with sellers Robert F. and Theresa M. Camacho, as trustees, selling to Donald James and Ericka Trinque.
