Acton home prices range widely as median sale hits $850,000

ACTON -- Nineteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Acton between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with the highest-priced sale, a Newtown Road property, closing at $1,775,000.

The second-highest sale was 2 Sutton Pl at $1,310,000 on Oct. 9, sold by Frank E. Lovering and Frank Lovering to Heewon Kim and Adam Hoy. 221 Pope Rd sold for $1,223,000 on Sept. 25, with Laurie M. Crockett selling to Robert Laird. 35 Parker St sold for $1,202,000 on Sept. 29; sellers Lucy H. Kirshner and the estate of Kenneth E. Pauley sold to Joost and Marybeth Quaadgras. Rounding out the top five, 17 Nash Rd sold for $880,000 on Sept. 29, with sellers Adam I.S. Bakow and Allison N. Bakow, as trustees, selling to Raghav Ravishankar and Smitha Krishnan, also as trustees.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

No single street recorded more than one sale with a distinct address this period, though two Skyline Drive transfers involved the same seller, Patrick H. Palmer: one, with no street address listed, went to Skyline Drive LLC, and the other, at 46 Skyline Dr, moved into the Patrick H. Palmer Living Trust.
