Maynard Home Prices Range From $390,000 To $700,000 In Latest Deeds

MAYNARD -- Seventeen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Maynard addresses between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, though only six carry a sale price so far. The highest-priced sale on record, a $700,000 transaction on Crane Avenue, led a month in which trust and family-related transfers made up a notable share of total filings.

MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 17 recorded transfers, six have a sale price available, ranging from $390,000 to $700,000, with a median of $592,500 among those six. The remaining 11 transfers show no price yet, a gap the registry typically closes within about a week of recording.
