HUDSON -- Eighteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Hudson between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with a top sale of $950,000 on Eaton Drive and a median price of $628,000 among the 11 transactions with recorded consideration.

Lacerte, trustee, to Deanna Marie Lacerte and Alexander Haldeman; and 60 Murphy Rd., recorded Sept. 18, sold by the Stephen A. Matheson Revocable Trust and Stephen A. Matheson, trustee, to Christopher C. Andrianopoulos and Bianca Andrianopoulos. The fourth-highest sale was 9 Abigail Dr. at $704,500, recorded Sept. 24, with sellers Briry LLC and John Laquerre and buyer Luke Whitehouse. Rounding out the top five, 3 Avon Dr. sold for $680,000 on Sept. 18; sellers James E. Tolan Jr. and Joy C. Tolan transferred the property to Jesse Tolan and Rachel Gaffney.
