Hopkinton Home Sales Range From $405,000 to $1.4 Million in September

HOPKINTON -- Nineteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Hopkinton between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, led by a $1,425,000 sale on Dicarlo Road. Twelve of the 19 recorded transfers carry a sale price so far, with the rest likely to post in the coming days.

14 Hidden Brick Rd sold for $1,350,000 on Sept. 18. Daniel and Christin Tate sold the property to Sean and Ashlene Daly.

33 Poplar Ln, Unit 306, sold for $1,245,000 on Sept. 24. Santosh K. Avvari and Srividya Sarvani Prayaga sold the unit to Vijayakumar Balakrishnan and Rajeswari Raju Raju.

26 Waterville Ln, Unit 26SWAT, sold for $1,009,000 on Sept. 18. The seller was Swat Trails LLC; the buyers were John Edward Penn and Barbara Penn.

16 Wayside Dr, Unit 268, sold for $995,000 on Sept. 24. Kaushalkumar and Zarana Kabariya sold the unit to Hitesh Thakkar and Arati Patra.
