NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Washington Street had two recorded transfers: 1804 Washington St. sold for $785,000, while 364 Washington St. changed hands in a trust transfer with no price yet available. Cottage Drive also saw two transfers, both involving seller Paul J. Fitzgerald conveying to Fitzgerald family trustees or relatives at 33 Cottage Dr. and 0 Cottage Dr., with no sale price recorded for either. Highland Street had two separate transfers, at 198 and 91 Highland St., neither with a price yet on record.
