EVERETT -- Twelve property transfers recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10 show sale prices ranging from $238,000 to $905,000, though most of the month's deeds have not yet had a price attached.

The second-highest was 6 Hillside Ave., which sold for $850,000 on Sept. 18. John M. Murphy and Nancy A. Murphy sold to Isabelle Conceicao Maraschi and Jose Luis Bitencourt Dasilva.

A transfer with no street address listed sold for $750,000 on Sept. 22. The seller was Juliana Wright, trustee of the Georgiana Farrell Irrevocable Trust; the buyers were Caitlyn Elizabeth Beattie and Patrick James Beattie, trustees.

The lowest-priced sale with a recorded figure was 68 Linden St., Unit 49, a condominium that sold for $238,000 on Sept. 17. Philip T. Dolan, trustee of a realty trust, sold to Irina Volkov, trustee of the Aviv Family Trust.
