EVERETT -- Twelve property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Everett between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with sale prices ranging from $485,000 to $985,000 among the eight transactions that have a recorded consideration amount.

Two properties tied at $675,000: 35 Francis St., sold by Alisha and Nathaniel Leung to Joumathe and Lucny Pierre, and 17 Chisholm St., sold by Arlene L. and David L. Joulfaian to Govinda and Kamala Budhathoki.
