CAMBRIDGE -- Seventeen residential property transfers were recorded in Cambridge between July 10 and Aug. 8, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $770,000 to $2,925,000. A single-family home on Appleton Street sold for $2,925,000, the highest disclosed price of the period, narrowly ahead of a Saville Street condominium that sold for $2,910,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Of the 17 recorded deeds, nine included a disclosed sale price; the other eight listed no consideration amount, which is common for family and trust transfers. Among the nine sales with disclosed prices, the range ran from $770,000 to $2,925,000, with a median of $1,755,000. Eleven of the 17 deeds, roughly two-thirds of the period's activity, were recorded on a single day, July 10, with the remaining transactions spread across July 13 and July 14.
