WOBURN -- Twenty property deeds were recorded in Woburn between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $420,000 to $1,345,000. Seven of the 20 deeds, more than a third of the total, were transfers of property into family trusts, none of which listed a sale price.
MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 20 deeds recorded during the period, 13 included a disclosed consideration amount. Among those 13, prices ranged from $420,000 for a home at 138 Arlington Rd. to $1,345,000 for a home at 41 Fairway Dr., with a median sale price of $705,000. Eleven of the 13 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million; one sale was below $500,000 and one was above $1 million.
