WALTHAM -- Sixteen Waltham properties changed hands over four weeks, with recorded sale prices ranging from $540,000 to $1,899,900, but the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds shows a sale price for only five of the 16 transfers.

Among the five sales with a disclosed price, figures ranged from $540,000 for a Crescent Street condominium unit to $1,899,900 for a single-family home on Hillcroft Road, with a median of $860,000. Based on the raw count alone, 16 recorded transfers over four weeks reflects ongoing turnover in the city, though deed data alone does not indicate whether that volume is higher or lower than other recent periods, since no comparison figures were provided.
