Among the nine deeds that listed a price, values ranged from $675,000 to $3 million, with a median of $1.7 million.

Of those, nine listed a consideration amount, ranging from $675,000 for a Gilbert Road condominium unit to $3 million for a home on Tyler Road. Third was 42 Fairmont St, sold for $1,984,000 on July 17 by Jean I. Layzer and Carolyn J. Layzer, both listed as trustees, to Xiaolong Yu and Haixia Shang. Fourth was 42 Rutledge Rd, sold for $1,950,000 on July 15 by Ralph C. Sullivan to Clark K. Freiner and Abigail Freiner. Rounding out the top five was a Belmont property, street address not specified in the deed record, that sold for $1.7 million on July 17; Martin D. Fitch and Joanne P. Fitch sold to Nathaniel Hitchcock and Grace Hitchcock.
