BELMONT -- Eighteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Belmont between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, led by a $2,450,000 sale on Common Street. Twelve of the 18 recorded transactions show no sale price yet, a pattern largely tied to transfers between owners and their own family trusts rather than open-market sales.
