BEDFORD -- Nineteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Bedford between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with recorded sale prices ranging from $600,000 to $1,902,000 among the 11 transactions that included a price.

Rounding out the top five, 60 Neillian St Unit 60 sold for $1,230,000 on Oct. 9, with Andrew L. Carroll, trustee of the Carroll Real Estate Trust, selling to Ka Yan Man and Chung Hay Kwong.
