Ashland Median Sale Price Reaches $615,000 as Trust Transfers Dominate September Deeds

ASHLAND -- Twenty property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Ashland between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but sale prices have posted for only half of them so far. Among the 10 sales with recorded prices, the top transaction was a $1.12 million sale on Rossi Lane, while the median priced sale came in at $615,000.

16 Wadsworth Road sold for $1,085,000 on Sept. 21. Sellers John and Lisa Killeen transferred the property to Jonathan R. and Nicole P. Morin.

22 Fiske Road sold for $980,000 on Sept. 18. Sellers Mohammmad S. and Ishrat K. Alam sold to Megan and Andrew Sonnenburg.

167 Myrtle Street sold for $680,000 on Sept. 22. Sellers Adelson A. Da Cunha and Ruty Alves Ferreira sold to Julcileia Lima Taxi.

Among priced sales, three fell under $500,000: 54 Blue Jay Lane ($350,000), 281 Meetinghouse Path Unit F ($430,000) and 84 E Bluff Road Unit B ($472,000). Five priced sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million: 33 Half Crown Circle Unit B ($540,000), 22 Algonquin Trail Unit A ($580,000), 51 Pine Hill Road ($650,000), 167 Myrtle Street ($680,000) and 22 Fiske Road ($980,000).
