Ashby Home Prices Span Wide Range From $122,000 To $575,000 In September

ASHBY -- Ten properties changed hands in Ashby between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds, but sale prices had been entered for only five of those transactions as of this report.

MARKET OVERVIEW Among the five sales with recorded prices, figures ranged from $122,000 to $575,000, with a median of $220,000. The other five transfers show price not yet available, which typically means the figure has not yet reached the registry rather than any sign the parties withheld it.
