WESTON -- A Robin Road property sold for $9.29 million in July, the highest price among 20 Weston deeds recorded during the period, as sale prices ranged from $1.56 million to $9.29 million and the median sale price reached $2.6 million.

MARKET OVERVIEW Twenty property transfers were recorded in Weston between July 3 and August 1. Of those, 15 deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $1,560,000 to $9,290,000, with a median of $2,600,000. Five transfers did not disclose a consideration amount, which is common for certain deed filings, including several that appear to be transfers within the same family. The raw count of 20 recorded transfers reflects a period with sales activity spread across the town's price spectrum, from just above $1.5 million to just over $9 million, though the data does not indicate how this compares to other months.

TOP SALES The month's highest-priced sale was 76 Robin Rd, which sold for $9,290,000 on July 8. The seller was listed as Robin Road Trust and Crosby J. Elliott, trustee; the buyer was Yao Tang, trustee, and Hongfeng Family Irrevocable Trust. The second-highest sale was 300 Glen Rd, which sold for $4,950,000 on July 29, with sellers Glen Road Realty Trust and Janice Sasseen, trustee, and buyers Xiaowen Feng and Wenjing Liao. At 153 Ridgeway Rd, Adam B. and Gina M. Nebesar sold to Nicholas Demko and Kara Hargadon for $3,750,000 on July 9. At 100 Westcliff Rd, Anthony John and Lynn Jane Hare sold to Rachel Elyse Marks and Nathaniel Wilkens Hodgson for $3,500,000 on July 27. Rounding out the top five, 25 Byron Rd sold for $3,350,000 on July 15; the sellers were Ryan R. Gerry, trustee, and Shasta Revocable Trust, and the buyers were Kurt Reisenberg and Jennifer Dryer.
