Of the 19 recorded transactions, 12 carried a disclosed sale price, while seven were nominal-consideration transfers, several appearing to shift property within the same family through a trust.

Bedford's registry of deeds recorded 19 transfers between Oct. 2 and Oct. 31. Twelve of those transactions included a sale price, ranging from $454,000 to $1,902,000, with a median sale price of $1,090,000. 4 Crestview Road sold for $1,500,000 on Oct. 9. Sellers Tien C. Peng and Shan S. Peng transferred the property to Kevin Lee and Wanyu Wang.
46 Pine Street sold for $1,300,000 on Oct. 2. Andrew T. Roy and Laura S. Roy, as trustees, sold the property to Donald and Erica Chaplin.
Two sales tied at $1,250,000. The unit at 5 Arbella Road, Unit 68, sold Oct. 19, with Eileen D. Cohen and Howard D. Cohen, as trustees, selling to Alan and Frances Smith. Days earlier, on Oct. 16, 41 Old Stagecoach Road sold for the same price, with sellers Alan M. Smith and Frances J. Smith, the same buyers from the Arbella Road transaction, selling to the Old Stagecoach Road Realty Trust, with Carlton Schmidt as trustee.
