CONCORD -- Twenty deeds were recorded in Concord between July 31 and August 29, ranging from $625,000 to $2,850,000, with a median sale price of $1,650,000, according to records from the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The registry recorded 20 property transfers during the four-week period. Of those, 13 listed a disclosed consideration amount; the remaining seven were recorded without a sale price, a common occurrence for deed transfers into or out of family trusts. TOP SALES

Second was 42 Sunnyside Lane, which sold for $2,450,000 on Aug. 3. AWMW LLC sold the property to Nathan I. Isaacson and Alison S. Isaacson.

Third was 449 Old Marlboro Road, sold for $1,800,000 on July 31. Sellers Mrithyunjaya Kumar Annapragada and Kamala Vadlamani sold to Russell Kenneth Wallack and Carrie Shineman Wallack.

Fourth was 40 Rookery Lane, Unit 5, which sold for $1,779,619 on Aug. 6. The seller was Pulte Homes of New England LLC; the buyers were Yong Zhao and Suxin Liu.

Fifth was 70 Lexington Road, sold for $1,725,000 on Aug. 4. Sellers Adrienne G. Silbermann, trustee, and Frederick W. Hays Jr., trustee, sold to Lexington Road LLC.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

No two sales in the dataset shared a street name, so no single-street cluster emerged this period.
