Holliston Home Prices Span $240,000 To $1.65 Million In Late Summer Sales

HOLLISTON -- Nineteen properties recorded deeds in Holliston between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with a newly built home on Bonney Drive fetching $1,649,900, the period's highest sale price on file.

Rounding out the top five, 65 Woods Crossing sold for $950,000 on Aug. 18, with sellers Michael and Nicole Marino transferring the property to buyers Connor William Fuller and Casey Fuller.

Bonney Drive recorded two sales during the period: 105 Bonney Drive at $1,649,900 and 23 Bonney Drive at $836,000, sold Aug. 26 by sellers Matthew and Mary Goodwill to buyers Michael and Melanie Manser. Robert Road also saw two transactions: 50 Robert Road sold for $620,000 on Sept. 1, and 31 Robert Road sold for $660,000 on Aug. 20. No other street recorded more than one sale in this period.
