ASHBY -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Ashby between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $40,000 to $705,000. Four of the nine transactions did not list a sale price, and several appear to involve transfers within the same family or into a trust.

700 New Ipswich Rd sold for $420,000 on Aug. 31. The sellers were Travis C. Bettencourt and Lauren C. Perry; the buyer was Alex Amadon.

600 Main St sold for $375,000 on Aug. 25. The seller was Amanda M. Urmann; the buyers were Keith Cronyn and Emma L. Sherman.

679 Main St sold for $290,000 on Aug. 21. The sellers were Kimberley Erban and Christian Erban; the buyer was Justin J. Mcwilliams.

556 New Ipswich Rd sold for $40,000 on Sept. 3. The sellers were Darrin A. Cassidy and Kalie A. Cassidy; the buyer was Kalie A. Cassidy, indicating a transfer within the same family rather than a sale to an outside party.
