CAMBRIDGE -- Ten property sales recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds between July 31 and Aug. 4 ranged from $510,000 to $2,200,100, with a median sale price of $922,000, according to deed records. Six of the ten transactions involved a trust as either buyer or seller.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced sale was 9 Orchard St, which sold for $2,200,100 on July 31. The sellers were listed as Jared Taylor Williams and Caleb Taylor Williams; the buyers were Daniel Weissman and Helena Wurzel. Bed, bath and square footage figures were not available in the deed record.

The second-highest sale was 8 Cypress St, which sold for $2,000,000 on Aug. 3. Sellers Stace D. Lindsay and Lisa A. Ceremsak transferred the property to buyers Cyrus Lubin and Rachel Byrd.

164 Pearl St sold for $1,070,000 on July 31. The seller was listed as Michael DiIulio, trustee, along with HM Trust; the buyers were Julien Viel and Elizabeth Sacchi.

A Cambridge property whose street address was not specified in the deed record sold for $925,000 on Aug. 3. The seller was Monica Bazan Adams; the buyers were Kevin Kiernan and Lea Jenet Rice.

10 Museum Way Unit 1629 sold for $922,000 on July 31. Sellers Samaan Rafeq, trustee, and Lara Abousamra, trustee, transferred the unit to buyers Melvin Abraham and Sonia Mathew.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

No two sales in the period shared the same street name, so no single-street cluster emerged.
