BURLINGTON -- Twenty deeds were recorded in Burlington during the period, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $270,600 to $2,620,000 and a median of $737,000 among the transactions that included a price. Eight of the 20 recorded deeds involved a property owner transferring the same property to a trust in their own name, a pattern that limits how much the raw count reflects open-market buying and selling.
MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 20 recorded transfers, 11 included a disclosed sale price. Those disclosed prices ranged from $270,600 to $2,620,000, with a median of $737,000. Eight of the 20 deeds were transfers in which the same individual or individuals appear as both grantor and grantee, with a trust added to the buyer side; none of those eight disclosed a price.
