117 Summer Rd. sold for $950,000 on Aug. 14. Linghua Wu and Guanlun Xu sold the property to Burak Kakillioglu and Emine Kakillioglu.

56 Macintosh Lane sold for $330,000 on Sept. 1. Katherine B. Jassen sold the property to Morgan Jassen; the shared surname suggests a transfer within the same family, though the deed data does not specify the relationship.

By price tier among disclosed sales, three fell under $500,000: 56 Macintosh Lane ($330,000), 35 Swanson Ct. Unit 32 ($212,000) and 220 Swanson Rd. Unit 602 ($199,500). Two sales topped $500,000: 20 Pine Pasture Run ($1,137,500) and 117 Summer Rd. ($950,000). The remaining three sales, at 60 Barteau Lane, 40 Bicentennial Way and 52 Swanson Ct.
