BELMONT -- Eighteen properties changed hands in Belmont between June 26 and July 25, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $710,000 for a Leslie Road condominium unit to $3.4 million for a single-family home on Rockmont Road.

Third was 57 Burnham Street, sold for $2,109,000 on July 10 by Devarakonda Satya Vijay and Bandari Deepti to Fernando Fonseca Batista and Joana Gomes Baptista Bontempo. Fourth was 38 Payson Terrace, sold for $1,975,000 on July 1; sellers Nathaniel Cohen Tr. and Lisa Cohen Tr. transferred the property to Yuanli Pei and Liping Liu. Fifth was 48 Summit Road Unit 9, sold for $1,789,000 on June 30 by the Carol H. Moroze Revocable Trust, with Carol H. Moroze as trustee, to Mary Scatamacchia.
