ASHBY -- Four properties changed hands in Ashby between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to deed records filed with the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds, with sale prices disclosed for only two of the four transactions.

MARKET OVERVIEW Four deeds were recorded during the period. Of those, two carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $575,000 to $580,000, with a median of $577,500. The other two transactions did not disclose a consideration amount.
