ASHBY -- Eleven properties changed hands in Ashby between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Six of the transactions disclosed a sale price, ranging from $40,000 to $420,000, with a median of $255,000.
