ASHBY -- Ashby recorded seven property transfers over the past month, with sale prices ranging from $290,000 to $705,000 among the five transactions that disclosed a price. The month's priciest sale, a $705,000 transfer on Greenville Road, anchored a period that also included two apparent family or trust transfers with no disclosed price.
