Arlington Zoning Board Postpones 15 Melrose Street Decision on Agenda Glitch

Arlington Zoning Board delays a Melrose Street decision after a town website glitch, but clears a Beck Road continuance. Chair Christian Klein told applicant Fleming a "software error on the town's agenda website" kept docket 3912, at 15 Melrose Street, off the posted agenda, forcing the board to push its final decision to the next meeting, expected around September 22. Klein said, "I issue apologies to Mr.
Fleming," who replied, "No problem." The board voted 5-0 to continue the docket 3913 hearing for 15 Beck Road to October 13 at 7:30 p.m., with associate member Nick Rosenberg voting after filing a Mullin Rule certification. Members also approved the August 25 meeting minutes 4-0. The board closed by voting 4-0 to adjourn into a private training session with Town Counsel Michael Cunningham on Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A changes effective July 1, 2026.
