Arlington's disclosed home sales span $674,900 to $1.71 million this period

ARLINGTON -- Eighteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Arlington addresses between June 26 and July 25, with the priciest sale reaching $1,710,000 for a home on Richfield Road. Half of the month's recorded transfers carried no disclosed sale price, a pattern common to transfers into family or individual trusts.
