Wayland July Home Sales Span $820,000 To $2.425 Million, Median Tops $1.3 Million

WAYLAND -- Twenty property deeds were recorded in Wayland between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only eight listed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $820,000 to $2,425,000, with a median of $1,323,000, and most of the remaining transactions were transfers within the same family or into a trust.

MARKET OVERVIEW The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 20 property transfers in Wayland during the four-week period, though a sale price was disclosed in only eight of those deeds, a common pattern for deed records that include family and trust transfers. 1003 Wisteria Way, Unit 1003, sold for $1,275,000 on Aug. 3. Seller Martin Shulkin conveyed the property to buyers Robert Weinberger and Elizabeth Reinitz.
