Wayland Home Prices Range Widely as August Sales Near $2.6 Million Peak
WAYLAND -- Nineteen property transfers were recorded in Wayland between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $720,000 to $2.625 million and a median of $1,185,000 among the 12 transactions that listed a price.
