WATERTOWN -- Thirteen property transfers were recorded in Watertown between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with the seven sales carrying a recorded price ranging from $515,000 to $910,000 and a median of $750,000.

TOP SALES 69 Hillside Rd sold for $910,000 on Aug. 21, the highest recorded price of the period. The sellers were Jennifer Trynin and Michael Creamer; the buyer is recorded as Hillside LLC. 246 Waverley Ave sold for $850,000 on Aug. 26. Donald J. Leone was the seller and Dennis A. Dyer the buyer. 116 Winsor Ave sold for $800,000 on Aug. 24. Thomas J. Foy sold the property to Ari Koufos and Daniel Loprete. 12 Bennett Rd sold for $750,000 on Aug. 28. The sellers were Denise Leblanc and the estate of Joan Frances Lavalle; the buyers were Jane Ghublikian and Christopher Wiley. 199 Coolidge Ave, Unit 401, sold for $620,000 on Sept. 1. Sherry L. Mayrent sold the condominium unit to Ray F. and Maureen A. Shurtleff.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Coolidge Avenue recorded two sales during the period: the $620,000 Unit 401 transfer noted above and 131 Coolidge Ave, Unit 721, which sold for $515,000 on Aug. 27, with Marinelli Domenic, trustee of the PJM Revocable Trust, selling to Harout Yogurtian. Repton Circle also saw two transfers, both at 4 Repton Cir, involving units 4213 and 4313; both were recorded Aug. 26 and Aug. 28 as transfers into individual trusts, and neither has a price on file yet. By price tier, all seven transfers with a recorded price fell between $500,000 and $1 million; none of the priced sales were above $1 million or below $500,000.
