Townsend recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only six carried a sale price as of this report. Among those six, prices ranged from $155,000 to $670,000, with a median of $578,500. The month's top sale was 6 Adams Rd., which sold for $670,000 on Sept. 25.
