Sudbury Conservation Commission orders removal of unauthorized concrete fill at 900 Concord Road farm. The commission voted 5-0 on August 10 to issue an enforcement order after new owners brought in recycled concrete debris to stabilize a rutted access road entirely within the floodplain and wetland buffer, a violation in place since April. Doug Dillon of Woodland Sciences, representing the owner, said the material appeared to come from a construction site and called it "really inadequate." The order requires erosion controls, a pre-construction meeting, full removal of the dirty fill, and replacement with stone or other pervious material approved by DPW.

Member Kathleen Rogers questioned Dillon's proposed four-to-six-inch rip-rap as too large, and the commission left final material specification to Coordinator Lori and DPW's Tina. The commission also approved a septic replacement and driveway repaving at 7 Newton Road, consolidating two open orders into one.
