Natick Conservation Commission finalizes permits for a West Central Street housing project and welcomes two new volunteers. The board voted unanimously to close the stormwater and wetlands hearings for 273 West Central Street, requiring all 107 newly planted trees to survive one year and maintenance obligations to be recorded at the registry of deeds in perpetuity.
