Sudbury 250 Committee relocates May 16 event to Town Hall parking lot over accessibility concerns. Chair Rada Gargay told members at the March 4 meeting that the town's Commission on Disability and Combined Facilities Director Sandra Duran flagged the original Noyes Field layout as unworkable for wheelchair users and seniors. Vendor stalls will now split between the parking lot and lower Town Hall, with the Sudbury Grange hosting a quilt show.

State Sen. Jamie Eldridge and state Rep. Carmine Gentile confirmed attendance at an 11:45 a.m. ceremony.

Members raised concerns the parking lot will be "awfully, awfully crowded," and Sudbury Historical Society vice president Andrea Ressler suggested moving a stage to the central lawn so noise does not "bounce off the three buildings." Craft vendors will pay $75 for double booths; food trucks and living historians will not be charged. The committee approved Feb. 4 minutes 4-0 and meets again March 18.
