WESTON -- Weston recorded 19 property transfers from Aug. 28 to Sept. 26, with sale prices ranging from $874,500 to $2,813,500 among the eight sales that have a price on record so far, and a median of $1,680,425.

MARKET OVERVIEW Nineteen deeds were recorded in Weston during the period. Eight carried a sale price by the time this report was compiled; the remaining 11 had no price yet available in registry records. Among the eight priced sales, figures ranged from $874,500 at 130 Viles St. Unit 2 to $2,813,500 at 34 Hilltop Rd., with a median of $1,680,425. Of the 19 total transfers, eight were sales between buyers and sellers with different names, while 11 involved a seller and buyer who share a name or a family trust, meaning just under half of this period's recorded activity reflects sales between unrelated parties.

TOP SALES The highest-priced sale recorded was 34 Hilltop Rd., which sold for $2,813,500 on Sept. 1. The seller was the Rand and Cheryl Alexander Family Trust, with Cheryl N. Alexander as trustee; the buyers were Lowell Stacy Eddy and Carson Eddy. 416 Conant Rd. sold for $2,300,000 on Sept. 16. Zachary J. and Hanna E. Burnett sold to Mansoor Raza Mirza and Anna Mirza. 633 Boston Post Rd. sold for $2,000,000 on Sept. 2. Rebeca and Craig Harasimowicz sold to Nancy P. King, as trustee, and a family trust. 5 Summer St. sold for $1,710,850 on Sept. 8. Gold Springs LLC sold to Wenwen Sha Smith and Andrew Smith. 40 Hobbs Brook Rd. sold for $1,650,000 on Sept. 16. Robert M. Walmsley, trustee of the Hobbs Brook Road Nominee Trust, sold to Daejung Kim and A. Jeong Lim.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Three streets had multiple recorded transfers this period. Newton Street had three, at 158 Newton St., 54 Newton St. and 187 Newton St., though none of the three has a recorded price yet. Boston Post Road also had three sales, at 221, 633 and 678 Boston Post Rd., spanning the recorded price range from $985,000 to $2,000,000. Merriam Street and Conant Road each had two transfers. By price tier among the eight sales with recorded figures: two sold under $1 million (130 Viles St. Unit 2 and 678 Boston Post Rd.); three sold between $1 million and $2 million (325 Merriam St., 40 Hobbs Brook Rd. and 5 Summer St.); and three sold above $2 million (633 Boston Post Rd., 416 Conant Rd. and 34 Hilltop Rd.).

Bayer as trustee to Gail M. Bayer individually, and 134 Buckskin Drive moving from David McCarthy to a revocable trust in his own name.
