Medford Sales Cluster Near $870,000 Median as August Deeds Recorded
MEDFORD -- Eighteen property transfers were recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds for Medford between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with the highest-priced sale reaching $1.1 million on Brooks Street. Only eight of the 18 recorded deeds carry a sale price so far; the rest are expected to post within about a week as registry data catches up.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN
Marion Street recorded two transfers on the same day, Aug. 25 and Aug. 26, at 36 Marion St. and 32 Marion St.; neither has a posted price yet, and the deed at 32 Marion St. shows the same family names as both seller and buyer, indicating a trust transfer. Pasquale Giovanna also appears as seller on two separate Medford properties, 220 Forest St. and 21 Roosevelt Rd., both recorded Aug. 24 and both transferring into a trust held with Daniele La Posta; neither has a posted price.
