Koelzer sold to buyers Noam Kirson and Dana Yalin. 325 Western Ave sold for $1,702,000 on July 21. Seller Gary W. Galuski sold to buyers Luke Driscoll and Mia Driscoll. 47 Vassal Ln, Unit 3, sold for $1,250,000 on July 17. Sellers Jonathan Mackie and Katherine Mackie sold to buyers Benjamin Vatter Junemann and Naomi Rahel Geberovich. 89 Kinnaird St, Unit 3, sold for $1,075,000 on July 17.
