CAMBRIDGE -- Eleven property transfers recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds between June 19 and July 18 show sale prices ranging from $200,000 to $3.6 million, with a $3.6 million Wendell Street sale standing well above the rest of the month's disclosed transactions.

A Cambridge property with no street address listed in the deed record sold for $825,000 on June 23; sellers Jack and Pauline Joseph transferred it to Walter Russell Cox Jr. and Sarah M. Cox. At 10 Museum Way Unit 326, Sheila R. Kleinrichert and William J. Polcsa sold their condominium unit for $815,000 on June 22 to buyer Valeria Maria Rodriguez Arias. A unit at 1105 Massachusetts Ave, Unit 2A, sold for $550,000 on June 24, with Joseph M. Schwartz transferring the property to Sarah Miller. At 11 Belmont St, sellers Theresa A. Williams and Derek E. Williams sold to buyer Khelsea Singh Carranza for $330,000 on June 23.

Massachusetts Avenue saw two condominium sales during the period: 1105 Massachusetts Ave, Unit 2A, sold for $550,000, and 860 Massachusetts Ave, Unit 844, sold for $320,000 to buyer Mass Ave LLC.
