ASHLAND -- Twenty properties changed hands in Ashland between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with recorded sale prices ranging from $450,000 to $1,599,000 among the 11 transactions with a price reported so far. The top sale of the period was an $1,599,000 transfer on Hardwick Road.

Of those, 11 include a sale price in the data available for this report; the remaining nine are pending price data, which the registry typically adds within about a week of recording. Among the 11 priced sales, prices ranged from $450,000 for a condominium unit on Arrowhead Circle to $1,599,000 for a single-family home on Hardwick Road, with a median of $685,000. Twenty recorded deeds in four weeks reflects consistent transaction volume for the town, though a fuller picture of pricing will depend on the nine sales still awaiting price data.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN
Captain Eames Circle saw four separate transfers in the period, more than any other street. 47 Captain Eames Cir. Unit D Bldg. 135 and 325 Captain Eames Cir. Unit D each sold for $535,000. 193 Captain Eames Cir. Unit 62A and 477 Captain Eames Cir. Unit D Bldg. 25 also transferred, with prices not yet available for either.
By price tier, three of the priced sales came in above $1 million: Hardwick Road, Hayden Lane and Heritage Avenue.
