WESTON — January 21, 2026 — Weston Planning Board unanimously re-elected Leslie Glynn as chair and pushed three pending applications toward resolution at its January 21 meeting. The most contentious item was a continued scenic-road hearing for a proposed 12,332-square-foot home at 56 Ridgeway Road, where member Alex Selvig declared the house "completely inappropriate for the neighborhood" and warned it would set a precedent, while Chair Glynn and member Timothy Shawn Lanier argued the zoning bylaw does not allow denial based on square footage alone; the board directed owner Mike Tokatlyan's team to redesign the project with the gymnasium sunk below grade, eliminating the above-ground volume over the garage, and continued the hearing to February 4.
