Sudbury 250 Committee debriefs 800-plus turnout at May 16 celebration and plans July 4 finale. Chair Gargi reported the Hosmer House drew record traffic and nearly $4,000 in merchandise sales, though members Jan and Andrea flagged serious parking-signage failures for out-of-town visitors arriving on Route 27. The committee approved $450 honorariums each for the Sudbury Ancient Fife and Drum and the Sudbury Minutemen, down from an initial $1,000 request, with member John noting neither group stayed the full day.

Roughly $8,000 remains before the July 4 parade, where Blade of Grass will again provide a float truck. Wayside Inn trustee Jim Hardenbergh floated including the Inn's Concord coach stagecoach at a $1,200 horse-rental cost, with members steering him toward Sudbury Chamber sponsorship instead. Approximately 500 remaining commemorative pins will be handed out along the parade route.
