Maynard Library Sets Talk on Mass Surveillance Technology

The Maynard Public Library has scheduled a public talk on mass surveillance technology for later this week, giving residents a chance to learn about the tools increasingly used to track everyday life.

The library, at 77 Nason St., will host "Exploring Mass Surveillance Tech," a talk open to the public. The session is aimed at residents interested in understanding how surveillance technology works and what it means for personal privacy.
