Cresa completes BPGbio's move into 70,000-square-foot Waltham office

WALTHAM — Bioscience company BPGbio has completed its relocation into a 70,000-square-foot office at 300 Third Avenue in Waltham, with commercial real estate firm Cresa overseeing the move.

Cresa's Transaction Management and Project & Development Services teams managed every phase of BPGbio's relocation to the new Third Avenue address, according to a report from the New England Real Estate Journal. The move adds another life-sciences-sector tenant to Waltham's Third Avenue office corridor, a stretch of lab and office space near Route 128 that has drawn a growing cluster of biotech firms in recent years.
